Who I am
I’m a facilitator, coach, counsellor and corporate trainer based in Singapore. For over thirty years, I’ve helped private and public sector organisations across the Asia-Pacific region transform their cultures.
I was born in Myanmar, and I’ve lived in Japan, India and Singapore. This multi-cultural background helps me relate to audiences from different countries, industries, and disciplines.
Helping people have conversations is my life’s work. I do this by creating environments that foster empathy and authenticity, allowing individuals, families and colleagues to be vulnerable and share their perspectives.
I use a range of tools, including meditation, games and therapeutic methods to help clients understand the deep-seated relationships and patterns that might be influencing their actions. I’ve also co-created two card games that facilitate this sort of exploration.
